Look who's talking...

NEON is proud to introduce our new HEALTH EDUCATOR - Morgan Jade.

Here's what she has to say...

Let's talk about sex!

Hi friends! My name is Morgan, and I'm the new Project NEON Health Educator.  I grew up in Olympia and am excited for the opportunity to work in a bigger city with new faces and sights to explore. I'm a graduate of Western Washington University in Bellingham, where I volunteered with harm reduction programs centered on both sexual health and safer injection practices. I also spent a year as coordinator of the Sexual Awareness Center on Western's campus, where I provided peer counseling for students; planned events such as the HIV/AIDS Community Awareness event, and the condom fashion show; and distributed safer-sex supplies.

Two things I can't live without: coffee and chap stick (which is perfect because Project NEON distributes top-notch chap stick. Have you tried it?). I'm available to chat and look forward to meeting you. I hope you'll join us for Project NEON workshops or events, or come by SCS to say hi!

Morgan is available via phone at 206.323.1768 or

email at morganj@seattlecounseling.org
